Meet Annie, Northamptonshire

I’m Annie and I live in Northamptonshire. What was important to us when we were searching and looking for an adviser was that we wanted somebody that would be able to help us with everything. We wanted somebody that would really know their way around pensions, because while our pension pot wasn’t huge, we had quite a complex situation. We also had an added complication, because Alan was really very ill at the time (Alan being my husband), and I wanted somebody that we could trust; that would be able to look at our finances as a whole package and advise us with everything, not just look at one separate part. And that was exactly what we got from Jason.

He looked at the whole package and he advised us in a way I feel absolutely certain nobody else would have been able to – that complete encompassing of what we were looking for and ultimately allowing us to be in a much better financial position.

What you get with Jason is what you see. He just has a can-do attitude. That means you know you’re going to get the best possible advice, and the best possible service. And that’s what we wanted. It’s fair to say we were in a pretty precarious position when when Jason came to look after us from from a financial point of view. And we really needed somebody that could think outside of the box and help us. That’s exactly what Jason did.

Jason has this ability that he makes you feel as if you’re the only client he’s got. And obviously, that is far from true! We’ve had financial advisers before, and they complicate it, and I end up glazing over because they just don’t understand what they’re talking about. And for Jason, it doesn’t matter whether he has to say it once or 10 times, he’ll make sure that you understand it. And if you don’t understand it, he’ll come back and see you again. So it’s that real wraparound client care that Jason just does so well.

What makes me happiest with Jason is that his integrity is second to none. His work ethic is fantastic, he’s always making sure he’s ahead of the game, and totally, totally trustworthy. You couldn’t ask for more with a financial adviser.

My advice for anyone looking for financial advice is definitely speak with Jason and Marc. They are a couple of guys who will always look to achieve the best possible financial result. Whether it’s an insurance policy or a pension, they will do their absolute best to make sure they provide the best service and the best advice for anybody that approaches them. And they will work until they find the right solution for you.
